The Senior Lead Enterprise Product Manager is key in defining the enterprise systems vision, leading the portfolio roadmap, and prioritizing initiatives with business collaborators and in partnership with delivery teams to build enterprise-grade solutions that align with customer needs and company goals!
You’ll Get To:
- Consult and advise business team members to develop and own the technology solution vision, portfolio roadmap, and success metrics for an enterprise systems value stream.
- Discover and translate business goals, partner feedback, and end-user needs into value stream initiatives based on measurable outcomes.
- Provide strategic leadership, program management, and delivery oversight of value stream initiatives and strategies through lifecycle management processes.
- Collaborate with business collaborators and represent the “voice of the client” to product, technology, and engineering teams to drive cross-functional roadmap alignment.
- Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation, revision, or optimization.
- Ensure operational readiness as new solutions launch, focusing on end-to-end activities and communications with clients, partners, and cross-functional operations teams.
- Contributor to Agile framework, including user story creation, sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-up, sprint demo/retrospectives, and other activities as applicable.
- Measure value stream business performance, qualitatively and quantitatively, to determine areas of success, improvement, or divesting.
- Present accomplishments, roadmap plans, and critical initiatives through business prioritization and portfolio lifecycle process management.
- Build domain expertise for competitive advantage and continuous improvement of Lytx products, solutions, and experiences.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit business requirements and gather feedback from team members, ensuring their needs are accurately represented for solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in product management, technology consulting, or a similar role with a proven track record in driving critical initiatives, cultivating and managing relationships with key team members, and delivering business-critical projects.
- Preferred, minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role; demonstrable expert-level knowledge of Salesforce and its underlying platform architecture and technical workings.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects involving organizational process and technology change.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of product management standard processes and principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship skills, (KL6-8) especially with executive and senior leadership partners.
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and timely decision-making abilities.
- Ability to clearly articulate information in an appropriate level of detail and context to team members at all levels.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, ability to influence partners or team members without having direct authority over them.
- Agility to adjust and adapt strategies in response to business, customer, or market changes.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$167,500.00 - $212,500.00
