Your Role
You build together with us a best-in-class IT infrastructure engine across multiple entities and departments. This position is ideal if you are looking for a high-intensity environment with outsized exposure to top management. You will take
over ownership to create an innovative IT environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a main point of contact for all IT related matters in the Berlin office
- Configuring internal systems, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Supervising and cooperating with the Operations team to achieve best practice
- Administration and supporting core Microsoft O365, Google Workspace and other SaaS applications
- Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting functions that will make a hands-off environment
- Define and document best practices and support procedures in IT SOP’s
- Maintaining inventory and asset configuration documentations
- Monitoring the performance of software and hardware
- Ensure the smooth deployment of new starters
- Mentoring and guiding the IT team
YOUR PROFILE
To succeed in this role you:
- Have relevant IT experience in fast-growing start-ups, min. 3+ years
- Have a thorough knowledge of computer maintenance (MacOS, Windows) and related processes (backups, license management, setup of new machines, network troubleshooting etc.)
- Have strong experiences with Mobile Device Management specially MS Endpoint Management & Ms Intune
- Have Strong experience with Azure AD & SSO integrations and deployment
- Have a working mode that can be described as well-structured and organized
- Have a hands-on mindset, detail-oriented and analytical personality with a high affinity for technical systems
- Have a service oriented mindset and outstanding communication skills in English, German is a plus
