Altamira is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. You’ll focus on filling senior, lead, and managerial roles, exclusively targeting English-speaking candidates.

We’re looking for a proactive, skilled recruiter with strong self-management abilities, a passion for engaging with new people, and a love for taking on challenges.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven IT recruitment experience
  • 2+ years of experience filling senior, lead, and management positions (Solution Architecture/Management experience is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of the full-cycle recruitment process and techniques
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency
  • Proactive, highly self-organized, mature, and possessing a sense of humor to fit well within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers, stakeholders, and Lead Engineers to understand position requirements
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through continuous sourcing and communication
  • Support the refinement of job requirements and postings
  • Source candidates, conduct interviews, and pre-screen CVs
  • Conduct HR and pre-screening interviews
  • Perform reference checks
  • Manage candidate data in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
  • Provide recruitment reports to the Recruitment Manager

 Our transparent recruitment journey usually takes up to 2 weeks and includes a few stages:

  1. Recruiting Interview -> 30-45 min
  2. Technical Interview -> 1-1,5h
  3. Client Interview (optional) -> up to 1h
  4. Pre-Offer Call -> 15min
  5. Reference Check
  6. Offer
