Job Summary & Responsibilities
The HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, efficiency, and functionality of Inspira's HRIS, ADP Lyric HCM, ensuring HR processes run smoothly through data accuracy, system enhancements, and automation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, troubleshooting system issues, and optimizing workflows to improve HR operations.
The HRIS Analyst will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to manage system updates, enhance user experience, and provide data-driven insights that support strategic HR initiatives.
- System Administration:
- Manage, maintain, and optimize ADP Lyric HCM configurations, permissions, and workflows.
- Investigate and resolve system errors, user access issues, and data inconsistencies.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve functionality.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Process Improvement & Collaboration:
- Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and implement system enhancements to streamline workflows.
- Assist in compensation cycles, onboarding/offboarding, and other HR initiatives requiring system expertise.
- Proactively explore new HRIS features and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field with 2-4 years of related experience, or the equivalent.
- Strong Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Skills - Ability to diagnose system issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Self-Starter & Resourceful - Comfortable figuring things out independently, researching solutions, and proactively optimizing system functionality.
- Technical Proficiency - Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, UKG, SAP, Paylocity, etc.), system integrations, and data structures.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented - Strong data analysis skills in Excel and experience ensuring accuracy in reports and system configurations.
- Process Improvement Mindset - Always looking for ways to streamline workflows, enhance user experience, and improve system efficiency.
- Collaborative & Communicative - Works well with HR, IT, and leadership teams to translate technical details into actionable insights.
- User Support & Training Experience - Can troubleshoot user issues, develop training resources, and guide HR teams.
