Senior IT Business Systems Analyst

What will your responsibilities be?
- Manage small to mid-size IT projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
- Serve as a liaison between HR/Payroll and IT for system modifications, enhancements, and implementations.
- Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes to these specifications.
- Develop User Acceptance Testing plans with use case scenarios, document test results.
- Perform release management activities to promote application changes into production.
- Ensure all activities comply with data privacy, IT security, and IT audit standards.
- Communicate with team members, contractors, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
- Work with HRIT leadership and HR business partners to roadmap business capabilities to IT capabilities and identify opportunities for technology solutions.
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- At least 6 years of functional experience in Business Analysis or related field.
- At least 2 years of project management experience.
- ITIL certification or PMP certification required.
- Knowledge of main IT systems integration concepts.
- Knowledge of industry ticketing and testing tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar).
- Experience with HR, Benefits, Health & Safety, Payroll, or T&A systems is an advantage.
- Experience with MS Power BI development is an advantage.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Strong presentation skills, ability to present technical matters to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent business communication and change management skills.
- Ability to communicate in English on a professional level.
- Ability to speak German is an advantage.
