Job Summary:
This Senior Specialist of Indirect Channel Management (ICM) is to ensure implementing Global ICM standards and the current processes in line with global policies for Korea and other East Asia markets, reporting to East Asia ICM Director. This specialist is to collaborate with Korea ICM Manager and EA(excl. KR) ICM Sr. Manager to achieve channel management targets via efficient collaboration and effective management of system and processes.
The role will require cross functional collaboration and commercial focused, working with global ICM. This specialist will also spearhead continuous improvement in how channel partners are managed for both performance growth and operating with robust compliance standards.
Main Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage end to end IC processes in IC-hub, such as arranging mandatory trainings for IC-sponsors, creating IT tickets, reconciling with ERP data, etc.
- Ensure IC contract preparations, renewals, & tracking with IC-hub
- Manage IC lifecycle management, driving rigorous IC standards through diligent onboarding, contracting, and continuous monitoring processes (including annual certification and annual evaluation).
- Follow-up global ICM policies & procedures and execute the effective roll-out of global processes locally
- Conduct channel coverage and channel performance analysis and produce reports to support channel management.
- Collaborate among all pit crews of FICM, RAQA, Compliance and IC-sponsors, and interact with indirect channel partners
- Ensure clear process flows are developed and communicated effectively within the business and all key stakeholders are managed to effectively implement the process.
- Help facilitate business unit meetings to ensure commercial managers are aligned and understands global ICM standards and execute the same
- Support managing all IC issues with diligent stakeholder management, to drive effective resolutions and communications to all levels, mitigating risks and ensuring clear documentations.
- Develop communicate materials on standards and expectations for sub-IC selection/documentation to be leveraged enterprise wide.
- Support managing solid IC governance process through a rigorous internal and external IC review mechanism, ensuring optimization of IC performance and network, operating with the standards expected by Stryker.
- Create Management Action Plan from IC monitoring program and GX audits and implement
- Execute preventive & detective controls for ICM processes
Skills & Experienced Required
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Marketing, Business, or Management preferred)
- >3 years professional commercial experience across commercial, sales channel management, finance, compliance, operations, or equivalent
- Healthcare industry work experience is preferred.
- Excellent inter-personal skills with sales people & stakeholders, and excellent analytical skills
- Excellent MS-office (excel, power-point, word, etc.) skills
- CRM/Workflow/ERP tools (e.g. SalesForce) usage experience a plus
- Up to 15% travel (domestic or overseas) may be required.
Travel Percentage: 20%
