What You Will Contribute:
As a key member of the HRIS team, the Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the global Workday HRIS. The Senior HRIS Analyst will also use system expertise to identify, develop and implement configuration or process changes and leverage system capabilities to deliver value to the organization and enhance the customer experience.
Job Duties:

Responsible for the day to day functionality and integrity of the Workday HRIS system; plan and execute recurring business processes (Performance Management, Benefit Open Enrollment, Annual Merit processes, etc).

Provide HRIS support for end user issues, configuration maintenance, reporting or other systems requests, performing scheduled activities, recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.

Consult with HR and business stakeholders to understand and provide creative solutions to needs and issues. Document requirements, identify the impact of system changes and security, configure, test and document results, and analyze post-implementation results.

Create and update process documentation, develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation, train internal users on processes/functionality. Create and execute test plans for projects, processes and releases.

Lead small to medium scale projects and collaborate with HR team members and management on larger project teams including system upgrades, conversions, and enhancements.

Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot exisiting integrations. Partner closely with outsourced and third party providers to provide analysis and support for system interface modifications, define requirements, and work with technical resources to implement new interfaces.

Administer security of all HR software programs and work closely with IS Department to ensure that necessary security and backup systems are in place.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to assist with effective systematic design, updates for enhancements to existing functionality, or new feature roll out. Work with system experts, including outside consultants and Workday Community to resolve technical issues.

Stay abreast of emerging HR technology and system enhancements and provide recommendations as appropriate.
Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Human resources, business, computer science preferred
-
5+ years of experience in HR system administration desired
Qualifications:
-
Advanced skills in Workday fundamentals and reporting required (Including security experience)

Experience managing annual processes within Workday
-
Experience evaluating configurations in Workday and driving process improvements.

Experience with Workday Payroll & Benefits, Integrations, and Reporting (preferred)
