Gerresheimer Peachtree City L.P. was established in 1993 in Peachtree City, GA, as part of the Plastics & Devices Division manufacturing and assembling a variety of precision molded plastic parts for various applications in the medical industry. The subsidiary operates in an 132 K sq. ft. production facility with 380 employees. 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Process and review bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Maintain employee records and HRIS data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts: job fairs, post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with onboarding.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on Benefits, HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
  • Support benefits administration including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
  • Assist with performance review processes and training & development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Participate and contribute in HR projects such as employee engagement, DEI, wellness initiatives, and internal communications.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR or a related role.
  • Knowledge of employment/labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
