Role Summary
Our Philippines Manila HR team is looking for a talented Senior HR Generalist to join us! This role focuses on HR operations, administration, and day-to-day tasks. As the Senior HR Generalist, you will report to the Senior Manager, Human Resources (Philippines), and provide operational HR support to managers and employees within the assigned country. This role plays a pivotal part in implementing our people initiatives, delivering exceptional internal client support, and driving HR functional excellence while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
What You Will Do
- Provides dedicated support, guidance, and coaching to multiple managers and employees with a specific focus on HR operational tasks and day-to-day HR administrative and servicing roles to stakeholders based in the Philippines and the respective offshore hardline managers, but may not be limited to: benefits administration, timekeeping and payroll support, HRIS tools, employee advocacy/engagement, HR fundamentals, HR Operations, employee relations management, onboarding and off-boarding processes, workplace investigations and support clinic operations, 3rd party networks as appropriate.
- Address employee concerns related to benefits, claims, and hospitalization; liaise with insurance providers.
- Manage statutory and company-initiated benefits, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Team to process payroll and resolve escalated timekeeping and payroll issues.
- Manage the HR Ticketing System, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and generate reports on HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism).
- Partner with HR COEs for systems, reporting, and analytics.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to set up accounts, equipment, and access for new hires.
- Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Act as an HR liaison, guiding employees and managers on policies and employee relations.
- Coordinate HR communications across time zones to support local and regional teams effectively.

What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the high-tech sector.
- Prior experience working in a matrix organization.
- A people-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels and a high sense of responsibility.
- Solid knowledge of HR practices, local employment legislation, and regulations.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Skilled in metrics and fact-based decision-making.
- Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
