Neo Group, recruiting on behalf of our esteemed partner in the tech industry, is seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join their team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and activities to support the employees and ensure a positive work culture.

You will collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with company goals and values. You will also be responsible for managing recruitment and onboarding processes, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. If you have a proven track record in HR management, a deep understanding of HR best practices and employment laws, and a passion for supporting and developing employees, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

🌟 HR Administration: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee management.

🚀 Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management processes to enhance employee productivity and engagement.

💸 Payroll: Manage payroll processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

🔍 Compliance: Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance and mitigate legal risks.

📚 Training and Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and liaise with the L&D department to support the implementation of global projects.

📝 Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

📊 Reporting: Generate HR reports and analytics to provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements

🌟 Minimum of 5 years' experience in the field: Bring your seasoned expertise to our team!

🗣️ Strong proficiency in spoken English: Communicate effectively with clarity and confidence.

🎰 Prior experience in the iGaming industry is preferred: Level up with your industry know-how!

📚 Extensive knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws: Stay ahead with comprehensive HR insights.

🤝 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills: Connect and collaborate effortlessly.

🌐 Ability to develop strong relationships with employees and stakeholders across all levels: Build bridges and foster connections.

🗂️ Impeccable organizational and attention to detail skills: Keep everything in perfect order.

💻 Proficient in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite: Navigate tech tools with ease.

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field: Your academic foundation matters!
