About the role:


As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the people strategy in India, partnering closely with business leaders to enhance talent development, performance management, and employee engagement. You will work cross-functionally with global HR teams to ensure alignment with company-wide people strategies while collaborating with the Workplace Experience Manager (WEM) for seamless execution of operational HR needs. 

A day in the life:

  • Strategic HR Partnership:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, guiding them on talent strategy, team performance, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with leaders to drive org design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Analyze people data and provide data-driven insights to influence business and HR decisions.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to align India HR initiatives with the company’s overall people strategy.

  • Talent & Performance Management:
  • Guide managers on performance enablement, feedback culture, and career growth conversations.
  • Partner with leadership to identify high-potential talent and create structured growth and development plans.
  • Support the performance review cycle, ensuring consistency and fairness in evaluations.
  • Facilitate manager training programs to strengthen leadership capabilities in feedback, coaching, and team development.

  • Employee Engagement & Culture:
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee morale, engagement, and retention, ensuring a thriving workplace culture.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations, supporting conflict resolution and manager coaching.
  • Regularly connect with employees to gather insights, assess the pulse of teams, and proactively address concerns.
  • Analyze survey data and work with leadership to implement continuous improvement plans.

  • Change Management & Organizational Development:
  • Partner with leaders during organizational changes, restructures, and leadership transitions, ensuring a smooth people experience.
  • Develop communication strategies and change frameworks to support employees through transitions.
  • Gather feedback and proactively address change-related concerns.

  • HR Operations Oversight & Collaboration:
  • Partner with the Workplace Experience Manager (WEM) to ensure smooth execution of HR operations, such as onboarding, offboarding, and compliance.
  • Provide strategic input on workplace policies, benefits programs, and employee experience initiatives, with execution supported by the WEM.
  • Support global HR teams in rolling out HR processes, policies, and system improvements in India.

If you feel we’re describing you, it was meant to be…

  • 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a Senior HRBP role.
  • Strong expertise in talent strategy, performance management, leadership coaching, and engagement.
  • Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders, driving HR initiatives that impact business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations (startups or global tech preferred).
  • Familiarity with HR systems, data analytics, Gen-AI and compliance frameworks in India.
