Role Summary:

The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning our goals with HR projects. You will involve working with executives, managers, and employees to lead organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management, while promoting a positive company culture. The HRBP will provide expert guidance on HR policies, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Partnership & Collaboration:

  • Partner with senior leadership and business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that directly support and align with our goals.
  • Offer expert guidance on organizational design, change management, and employee relations to improve performance, employee satisfaction.

Talent Management & Workforce Planning:

  • Lead talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management, to ensure organizational continuity.
  • Improve workforce planning to ensure understanding of our goals, and lead efforts to recruit for senior-level positions

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Serve as a go-to advisor to management and employees on all employee relations issues, mediating conflicts and ensuring that employee concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Lead programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, ensuring our values are embedded in everyday work practices and interactions.

Learning & Development:

  • Use HR analytics to assess and provide applicable insights into workforce trends, turnover, employee engagement, and key HR metrics that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Work with leadership to track, analyze, and evaluate the success of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring understanding of organizational goals.

HR Metrics & Reporting:

  • Partner with senior leadership, HR, and hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities, while providing regular reports and insights on talent acquisition metrics and outcomes to important partners.
  • Ensure and understanding between recruitment and other HR functions such as compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.

What You'll Need:

  • 7 to 9 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Experience providing HR leadership in a complex.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
