Senior Manager Recruitment
Manages the relationship and client needs for a distinct line of business or specific type of horizontal role(s) within a larger organization. This includes managing client relationships, setting and implementing recruiting strategies, leading or participating in process improvement initiatives and ensuring business internal and external hiring needs are met. Keeps abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices. Depending on client and complexity, may manage team of recruiters, contractors and on-site coordinators.
General Responsibilities: Team Leadership - Manage recruiting team to deliver high quality candidates while guiding hiring managers and candidates through our selection process; direct and delegate work to recruiting coordinators, recruiters and/or external service providers Client Management - Partner with the business to develop recruitment strategy and process that will enable the business strategy Project/Process Management - Provide guidance and support for developing and implementing cost effective recruiting strategies Metrics management - Evaluation of effectiveness of recruitment strategies Administrative/Miscellaneous Projects
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree At least 15 years in Corporate Recruiting including full life cycle, research, and sourcing At least 10 years of experience in Client Management
Preferred Qualifications: Master degree or Equavalent to in HR or MBA at least 12 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting - full life cycle, research, and sourcing 10+ years of experience in Client Management Proficiency in recruiting systems
