If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, we are seeking a Senior GTM Enablement Manager to elevate our go-to-market (GTM) strategies and foster collaborative success within our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our GTM efforts by working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Management. This role reports directly to the Director of GTM Strategy and Operations.

GTM Enablement is dedicated to equipping the sales and marketing teams with the tools, content, and training necessary to effectively engage customers, drive revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction. We focus on creating scalable enablement programs that align with our business goals and customer needs. We emphasize data-driven decision-making and leverage insights to refine our strategies continuously. What you’ll do:

As the Senior GTM Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our enablement initiatives to empower our go-to-market teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing GTM strategies and training programs that enhance sales performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs, particularly those of high-scale and enterprise organizations
  • Collaborating with Product Management to create and maintain effective product training and resource materials.
  • Partnering with Marketing and Sales to develop compelling messaging and sales collateral that resonates with our target audience.
  • Analyzing sales performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve enablement programs and tools.
  • Organizing and facilitating engaging training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.
  • Acting as a point of connection between Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment and cohesiveness in messaging and strategy.

What we’re looking for:

The successful candidate will have a solid track record in GTM enablement and a deep understanding of sales processes within the SaaS industry. You possess both strategic vision and hands-on experience in sales training, product positioning, and market analysis. Additionally, you should have:

  • Proven experience in a sales enablement or sales operations role within a SaaS organization serving late-stage startups and enterprises..
  • A strong ability to translate technical product features into compelling business value propositions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a high level of comfort engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of utilizing data to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and derive actionable insights.
  • A collaborative approach, demonstrating the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.


United States Base Pay Range

$136,000$170,000 USD
