About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist II who will take ownership of our paid media strategy and execution, with a focus on paid search, retargeting, and YouTube advertising. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for a data-driven marketer who thrives on driving measurable results and scaling demand generation programs. You’ll own key performance channels, take initiative to optimize performance, and help us attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Channel Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, and retargeting platforms.
    • Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Drive Growth Through Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
    • Test and iterate ad copy, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Scale Demand Generation:
    • Partner with the marketing team to align paid media efforts with broader demand generation goals.
    • Experiment with new channels and strategies to reach and convert audiences at scale.
  • Enhance Retargeting Performance:
    • Build and optimize retargeting strategies to nurture leads through the funnel and increase conversions.
    • Leverage dynamic ad formats and personalized content to re-engage prospects.
  • Be a YouTube Advertising Expert:
    • Plan, launch, and manage YouTube advertising campaigns to capture and convert high-quality traffic.
    • Experiment with video creatives and formats to drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
    • Work with the marketing operations team to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and reporting.
    • Partner with sales to understand lead quality and adjust campaigns accordingly.

Necessary Skills, Experience & Education 

  • Experience: 7+ years in paid media, growth marketing, or demand generation roles, with a strong emphasis on paid search, YouTube advertising, and retargeting.
  • Expertise:
    • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and retargeting platforms (e.g., AdRoll, Criteo).
    • Proven track record of scaling YouTube campaigns.
    • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Ownership Mindset: You take initiative, thrive on responsibility, and approach challenges with curiosity and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Analytical Skills: A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign data to make informed decisions.
  • Creativity: The ability to think outside the box to create compelling ad creatives and drive engagement.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Located within the United States.
