Job Responsibilities :
Razer Game Services is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. If you're a creative powerhouse with a deep understanding of the gaming industry, particularly mobile and PC games, and a knack for crafting visually stunning and engaging marketing materials, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our game products across multiple platforms and channels. You'll be more than just a designer; you'll be a visual storyteller, bringing our games to life and connecting with our audience in fresh and innovative ways.
Responsibilities:

Design a range of mobile-focused assets, including ASO materials, social media content, digital ads, influencer assets, and in-game ads.

Maintain visual consistency across all game marketing materials by developing and enforcing style guides.

Create broader marketing materials like key art, website graphics, email templates, print collateral and merchandise.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and effectively communicate design ideas.

Stay current on gaming, design, and social media trends to inform innovative design solutions.

Use data to refine designs and maximize campaign effectiveness through A/B testing.

Incorporate stakeholder feedback while balancing creative vision and project constraints.

Oversee external vendors to ensure high-quality, on-budget design production.

Strategically address design challenges and adapt content for various platforms.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in graphic design, specializing in game marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and visually compelling assets.

Experience designing engaging banner ads, static images, and video ads for mobile user acquisition campaigns across various ad networks.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools, including experience with motion graphics and video editing.

Excellent communication and collaboration, skills with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, pixel-perfect work. Passion for gaming is a plus.
