Job Description Summary
The Graphic Designer will join our Global Brand & Design team, providing innovative design solutions in support of a wide range of strategically important marketing and communications projects. Responsibilities include producing marketing and communications collateral, thought leadership and research reports, brand templates, events, and other supporting marketing collateral.

Duties and responsibilities
- Provide support for incoming design requests from marketing & communications stakeholders
- Design and develop high-quality custom marketing materials including research reports, brochures, presentations, one-pagers, digital marketing assets and event collateral
- Coordinate the production of materials, including packaging artwork, assembling final layouts for print and preparing notes and instructions for printers and other vendors
- Develop, apply and update brand standard templates
- Produce creative collateral to support other functions at the firm ensuring alignment with company's brand positioning from concept to final product
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends to bring best-in-class design to the team—both conceptually and through new technologies or platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of corporate graphic design experience with understanding of consistent brand identity
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Some video editing experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, Descript or similar platforms
- Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills
- Strong ability to work effectively, efficiently and independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven team environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders on all levels both inside and outside the company
- Outstanding attention to detail with commitment to creating quality work product
