As a Senior Graphic Designer in our Marketing Department, you will collaborate directly with our Marketing Team on design projects. We are looking for someone that can think creatively to elevate our brands and bring new ideas to the table, as well as, not only reproduce existing designs for our print and digital needs, but can also think creatively, bringing new ideas to the table. What You'll Do:

  • Lead Design Projects: Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, delivering compelling visuals that reflect the brand's identity and resonate with our audience.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Design Team, Marketing, and internal stakeholders to create engaging marketing materials that meet the needs of the business.
  • Brand Innovation: Bring fresh ideas to the table and help evolve the company's brand, developing new concepts for campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Design for Print & Digital: Create stunning print materials, including brochures, direct mail, promotional items, and trade show displays, while also designing eye-catching digital assets for email campaigns, social media, websites, landing pages, and banner ads.
  • Motion Graphics: Bring your designs to life with impactful motion graphics, ensuring your creative vision is communicated across dynamic formats.
  • Support Internal Initiatives: Design presentations, executive decks, swag, and other materials for internal events and C-level meetings.
  • Collaborate & Mentor: Contribute your creative expertise in a highly collaborative environment while mentoring and guiding Junior/Associate Designers to grow their skills.
  • Adapt & Revise: Execute design revisions and updates as needed, ensuring the company's visual assets stay fresh, relevant, and consistent.

About You:

  • Experience: 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio that showcases a mix of print and digital design expertise. Experience in motion graphics is a plus!
  • Creative Vision: A strong conceptual thinker who can translate ideas into visual masterpieces, while maintaining consistency across all platforms.
  • Design Expertise: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and composition. Basic Adobe Dreamweaver and HTML/CSS experience is a plus.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, taking feedback and turning it into polished designs.
  • Branding Knowledge: A deep understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain visual consistency across various media.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all designs meet high standards and are error-free before delivery.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience using creative project management tools like Asana.
  • Leadership: Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers, sharing your expertise to help others grow and thrive.
  • Location Flexibility: This position is preferred to sit in Austin, Texas.
