Job Summary
The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for analyzing and managing compensation programs. This role ensures efficient handling of compensation administration, data analysis, and customer service, contributing to effective HR operations and employee satisfaction.
Essential Job Responsibilities

Analyze and manage compensation programs.

Conduct compensation administration and data analysis.

Provide excellent customer service to HR Business Partners regarding compensation inquiries.

Document and maintain accurate records of compensation processes and programs.

Support the full life cycle of compensation operations, including equity management and vendor management.

Collaborate with HR team members to improve compensation processes and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred: Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Experience:

Required: 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a related role.
