Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Genesys WDE Developer to join our team remotely. 
Our client is an American multinational corporation in the financial services industry and has been in the market for over 170 years. It is a leading issuer of personal, small business, and corporate credit cards. The company’s travel-related offerings include traveler’s checks, credit cards, corporate and personal travel planning services, tour packages, and agencies for hotel and car rental reservations. 
Project description: You will be involved in the new project of WDE integration with Genesys Outbound Voice, for integration Outbound with Digital channels and integration with the portal web page, including gathering requirements for further Genesys Cloud migration.

Responsibilities: 

  • Be the direct point of technical contact to provide high-quality consultancy for Genesys solutions to customers.
  • Installation, troubleshooting, and support of Genesys products.
  • Contribute to the solution architectural design, amongst other disaster recovery and high availability. 
  • Automation of deployment and migration tasks. 
  • Conducting technical knowledge transfer sessions for members of customer teams and for other Genesys PS Consultants.
  • Contribute to the Genesys contact center switchover to the production state.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Genesys WDE installation and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in tools like CC Pulse, GAX (Genesys Administrator Extension), GA (Genesys Administrator), and Kazimir will be considered a plus. 
  • Development experience using Genesys Suite of technologies with specialization in Genesys Framework is a must (Genesys CTI, Genesys SIP, Genesys Composer, ORS (Orchestration Server), Genesys OCS, Genesys Workspace, Genesys eServices).
  • Having strong knowledge of SDLC.
  • CICD experience with Jenkins and GitHub.
  • Good in communication and self-motivation.

Nice to have:

  • Strong knowledge of Genesys Routing, Genesys Composer, and Genesys Rules System.
  • Experience in Agile with good collaborative skills.
  • Database knowledge of SQL will be considered a plus.
