Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team remotely. The purpose of the role is to accelerate the development of the Contact center features. You will be working in a Spanish-speaking team.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in Backend (Java) and Frontend (Angular) development. The role includes 80% of Java development and 20% of Angular.
- Contribute to the Contact center development (Genesys and Verint): new functionality and support of the existing features.
- Develop low-level technical designs based on architectural blueprints to guide the implementation process and ensure architectural integrity.
- Implementation of user-facing functionality under design specifications and user experience guidelines.
- Engage in refining requirements across various levels, encompassing Inception, Roadmap, Epics, and User Stories, to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Thoroughly investigate technical issues and challenges to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
- Ensure the quality of software deliverables by actively participating in the defined quality strategy and adhering to established quality standards.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of in-depth development experience with Java 8 and Angular 8
- 2+ years of experience in Contact centers
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish language at an advanced level.
- Proven expertise with frameworks such as Angular JS, Angular 8.
- Competence in Oracle, MySQL, SQLServer databases.
- Hands-on experience with Microservice architecture including REST and SOAP-based APIs
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Google DialogFlow
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Sonar, and Git.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
