Your role at Dynatrace
Dynatrace, the world's number one Software Intelligence monitoring platform, provides answers, not just data, about application performance and end-user experience. We're looking for talented Software Engineers to make our product even better.
You will be working:
- In a cloud-native environment with TypeScript and React.js while modern technologies to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- On the Dynatrace Platform in the domain of Application Observability contributing to apps like the Distributed Tracing app.
- With highly skilled engineers who prioritize teamwork, utilizing collaborative practices such as pair programming to build software end-to-end, including debugging, testing, and fixing.
What will help you succeed
- Experience in developing web-based software using JavaScript/TypeScript
- Proficientwith core Web APIs and technologies like HTML and CSS
- Fundamental knowledge of React.js and its ecosystem is a plus
- Strong focus on software quality, performance, and clean architecture
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Familiar with working in an agile environment
- Experience with Tracing and/or OpenTelemetry is a plus
- UX/Design affinity and understanding is a big plus as well

Compensation and Rewards
- We offer only employment contracts and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.
- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
- Base salary range 16.000 - 20.000 PLN gross per month.
