We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Warsaw. This role will play a critical part in driving key financial planning and analysis processes across a complex and fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of technical expertise, financial modeling, and business acumen, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. This role supports strategic planning, forecasting, and decision support efforts for a confidential business segment, requiring a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end financial planning process, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning
- Partner with regional finance and business teams to deliver actionable insights and performance analysis
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and key performance metrics
- Contribute to management presentations and business reviews with clear storytelling and data visualization
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and data quality
- Support ad hoc analysis, cost optimization efforts, and investment evaluations as needed
- Collaborate closely with regional and global finance teams to ensure consistency and alignment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CFA) preferred but not required
- 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis
- Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting techniques, and business drivers
- Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial systems such as OneStream, Tableau a plus
- Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment, including product costing, is strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
