Make Your Mark:
The ideal candidate possesses robust experience in NetSuite, Coupa, and BlackLine , with a proven track record of serving as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) and Administrator for Accounting & Finance operations. Coupa implementation experience, including full-cycle implementation expertise , is a prerequisite for this role.
You'll Get To:
- Lead and manage system enhancement projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Design, configure, and customize solutions in Coupa and NetSuite to address business needs, including reports, approval chains, workflows, scripts, dashboards, saved searches, and form templates.
- Collaborate closely with end-users to gather and document business requirements, enhancing Finance systems and processes to drive operational efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive testing plans and oversee end-to-end testing execution (UAT, regression, performance, etc.) to ensure quality and timely delivery of financial system enhancements.
- Provide technical support for NetSuite and Coupa integrations, troubleshoot and resolve errors, and track issues using JIRA.
- Leverage accounting and financial expertise to optimize system functionality and support business operations.
- Manage user roles and access to ensure SOX compliance and maintain security administration (identity access, role-based rules, and attestation processes).
- Conduct quarterly SOX system reviews, including user access and segregation of duties controls.
- Oversee change management processes to ensure SOX compliance, including updates to process documentation, testing, approval, and end-user training.
- Act as the first-tier end-user support for financial systems, escalating issues to system support teams as necessary.
- Track, document, and resolve support issues in the JIRA ticketing system.
- Manage Release testing for ongoing NetSuite and Coupa upgrades.
- Develop training materials and lead training programs to ensure adoption and end-user success in NetSuite and Coupa.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for financial systems end users.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum of five to seven years of professional experience in financial systems as , business systems analyst , architect and/or project management , with at least four years supporting Accounting and Finance teams.
- Proven Coupa implementation experience, including end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process design, system architecture knowledge, and expertise in configuring workflows , approval chains , custom fields, and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Coupa Certification.
- Experience with NetSuite development, including workflows, custom bundle deployments, reports, searches, and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of ITGCs (SOX Controls).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at varying levels of technical expertise .
- Exceptional documentation skills, preferably with experience in technical writing.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive work ethic.
