To join our team as an experienced Senior Financial Analyst! This role you will compile and review budgets for product and/or shared services using actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, expense reports, and other data sources to control funds and provide program financial administration. Prepare financial plans, monitors implementation of financial policies, and prepares regular, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports. Maintain historical records, analyzes trends, establishes cost rates and personnel forecasts, recommends and interprets budgetary policies and procedures, prepare comparative evaluation of actual costs against budgeted funds, and determines rationale for variance between costs and budget. Reviews and analyzes financial data to make decisions involving investment decisions, reorganizations, and acquisitions.
This is a hybrid role requiring the selected candidate go to our Austin office once a week.

Target Compensation:
$75,000 - $90,000 / year
Final round of candidates will be asked to complete a short take home exam, which should take approximately 1-3 hours. Candidates are welcome to schedule to receive the exam at a time that works best for their schedule. There is no specific deadline on the exam but general guidance is to complete within 72 hours of receipt.
