About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on accounting leader, such as Senior Financial Accountant (or Finance Manager or Corporate Accounting Lead) to support our growing accounting function and work closely with the Financial Controller. In this role, you’ll own key financial processes, and drive automation and efficiency to scale our operations. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring accurate reporting, maintaining strong controls, and optimizing scalable processes that support ROLLERs growth.

This is the perfect role for a proactive, detail-oriented accountant looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the accounting close, ensuring accurately and timely financial reporting in line with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices.
- Own the go-to-market commissions process and workflows, collaborating with senior leaders to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Assist with treasury processes including cash flow and optimizing liquidity, overseeing bank accounts and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasts, ensuring compliance, and improving treasury processes.
- Work with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Introduce automation, AI and new technology to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiencies.
- Guide, support, and inspire a dedicated accounting team, creating a nurturing environment that encourages learning, teamwork, and ongoing growth.
About You
- 10+ years of experience in accounting, preferably blended experience; 5+ years in professional services and 3+ years in a SaaS or technology-driven business.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/ GAAP is a bonus) , financial reporting, and tax compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, Chargebee, Salesforce) and financial reporting tools (Aleph).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification is a must.
