YOUR MISSION
The role of Senior Financial Accountant will support the Senior Finance Manager with key financial accounting matters relating to the PUMA businesses in Australia and New Zealand. The role is responsible for assisting with the creation of documented policies and procedures, and assisting with projects where required.
Key responsibilities include:

Accounting journals and reconciliations

ROU asset accounting
-
Fixed Assets
-
Month-end reporting
-
Financial statements
-
Cash forecasting and treasury
-
Payroll accounting and reporting
-
Insurances administration and management
-
External and internal audits
-
Royalty reporting
-
Assist with documenting policies and procedures.
-
Assist with the project of transitioning banking and banking facilities
-
Managing the upgrade of the ZOHO expense management platform and assisting with the implementation of the ZOHO purchase order system
-
Other tasks include assisting in process and system improvements, and ad hoc requests as assigned.
YOUR TALENT
-
A minimum of 5 years accounting experience
-
CPA/CA qualified
-
Advanced MS-Office skills
-
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-
Organized and process driven
-
Taxation knowledge covering both Australia and New Zealand
