Are you a passionate and strategic marketer who thrives on building community, driving engagement, and delivering measurable business impact? Do you have deep roots in the South Florida entrepreneurial and small business ecosystem? If so, this role is for you.

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Field Marketing Manager to drive demand, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen customer relationships in South Florida. As the regional marketing leader, you will create and execute highly localized, data-driven programs that bring the Justworks brand to life—leveraging events, partnerships, and community activations to build brand awareness and support new business growth.

You are a connector, a brand builder, and a growth driver who can collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Growth Marketing teams to ensure Justworks is a recognized and trusted brand in the region. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are a proactive problem-solver, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Your Success Profile

As the Senior Field Marketing Manager, South Florida, you will play a pivotal role in:

  • Generating and accelerating pipeline by developing and executing high-impact field marketing programs.
  • Building strong local brand presence by engaging with key business communities, partners, and organizations.
  • Strengthening customer relationships by hosting immersive experiences that deepen customer loyalty and advocacy.
  • Collaborating with Sales & Partnerships to create seamless regional strategies that support revenue growth.
  • Optimizing field marketing playbooks and sharing best practices across teams to drive scale and efficiency.

What You Will Work OnRegional Strategy & Program Execution

  • Develop and execute a localized field marketing strategy that aligns with Justworks’ growth goals in South Florida.
  • Lead high-impact, data-driven events (networking receptions, educational workshops, executive roundtables, and partner activations) to drive awareness and demand.
  • Identify key regional partnerships and sponsorships to expand Justworks’ presence and credibility.
  • Leverage ABM strategies in collaboration with Growth and Sales to engage key target accounts and accelerate pipeline.

Sales & Partnership Enablement

  • Serve as the regional marketing leader, ensuring alignment between Justworks’ Field Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams to drive revenue impact.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the South Sales team, equipping them with localized insights, event toolkits, and engagement strategies.
  • Develop co-marketing opportunities with VC firms, brokers, accountants, and small business organizations.

Customer & Community Engagement

  • Foster and deepen relationships within South Florida’s entrepreneurial, startup, and small business community.
  • Design and host customer-centric events and engagement experiences that support retention and advocacy.
  • Integrate Justworks customers as vendors and partners in field activations, showcasing their businesses.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Track, measure, and analyze event and campaign performance—focusing on lead quality, pipeline influence, and post-event engagement.
  • Leverage insights to continuously optimize regional strategies for efficiency and maximum business impact.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops & Data teams to ensure accurate reporting and attribution.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in field marketing, events, partnerships, or B2B demand generation, with a strong background in pipeline acceleration.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable impact in high-growth B2B marketing environments.
  • Deep familiarity with the South Florida small business, startup, and entrepreneurial ecosystem—you have strong existing relationships and can hit the ground running.
  • Strong event planning and execution experience, with expertise in vendor management, logistics, and budget ownership.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills—ability to work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence to lead local events and executive roundtables.
  • Ability to analyze data, report on ROI, and optimize field marketing efforts based on performance insights.
  • Comfortable with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce), and event tech stacks.

The base wage range for this position is targeted at $137,500.00 to to $151,250.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.  Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
