What your day will look like:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Project Team. This role focuses on leading strategic and cross-team projects, managing processes, and administering tools such as JIRA and Confluence for our Full Stack and Asset Group squads. You will collaborate closely with these groups to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives that drive our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Project and Program Management:
    • Lead end-to-end execution of strategic and cross-functional projects.
    • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and ensure goals are met.
    • Manage dependencies across multiple technical projects to ensure alignment with the overall roadmap.
    • Develop, document, and standardize project management methodologies.
  • Tool Administration and Process Management:
    • Serve as the primary administrator for project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence, ensuring their optimal configuration and maintenance.
    • Design, implement, and improve processes to enhance collaboration across the Full Stack and Asset Group squads.
    • Provide daily visibility into project statuses, feature progress, and bug resolution.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate, analyze, and present data-driven reports to stakeholders to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Continuously monitor project deliverables, milestones, and overall status to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitation and Coaching:
    • Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
    • Coach and mentor teams to become self-organized, agile, and capable of delivering high-quality outcomes.

Reach out if you are:

  • Experience:
    • 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or in a similar role in an Agile environment – a must.
    • Proven experience managing and delivering complex, end-to-end technical projects.
    • Hands-on experience administering JIRA and Confluence.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong ability to design and implement scalable project management processes.
    • Adept at managing cross-functional dependencies and driving alignment among teams.
    • Excellent facilitation skills with experience leading Agile ceremonies.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate and analyze performance reports.
    • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
