Taboola, the world’s largest content recommendation platform, is hiring HubSpot Project Manager
Taboola Information Systems is looking for an experienced HubSpot Project Manager with a deep technical understanding of HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs. This role is integral to our Business Applications team, where you will manage projects that optimize and expand the use of HubSpot across our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HubSpot aligns with our strategic goals and supports Marketing and Sales operations effectively.
What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?
- HubSpot Administration and Optimization:
Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot, managing configuration, integrations, and user access.
Design and optimize workflows, email templates, and lead nurturing processes to support marketing automation and future sales engagement activities.
Monitor system performance and ensure data quality and consistency across HubSpot and connected platforms. - Project Management:
Lead and manage projects related to HubSpot implementation, enhancement, and integration with other business applications (e.g., Salesforce).Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and IT, to gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver solutions on time. - Technical Expertise
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within HubSpot and connected systems.
Manage APIs and third-party integrations to enhance functionality and streamline processes.
Stay updated on HubSpot’s latest features, best practices, and emerging trends to recommend and implement improvements. - Training and Support
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize HubSpot’s tools.
Develop documentation and resources to support internal teams.
What are the skills a HubSpot Project Manager needs to have?
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including configuration, workflows, reporting, and integrations.
- Proven experience managing business applications, with a strong understanding of marketing and sales processes.
- Proficiency in HubSpot’s suite of tools (Marketing Hub, and ideally, Sales Hub).
- Experience with APIs, data integration tools, and basic scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
