Job Summary:

On the Treat team, we are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our core visits experience spanning multiple services like Urgent care, Primary care, Behavioral health and Specialty visits at scale. You will also be responsible for creating closed loop experiences that take advantage of technology, devices and AI to make it easy for members to follow through on the care plan and achieve better outcomes.


Reporting to our Director, Engineering you are a seasoned engineering leader with strong product acumen, proven ability to deliver team impact, experience building high performing teams and drive to disrupt healthcare through innovation.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • You have led teams to build consumer-facing products from start to finish.
  • Reputation as a valued leader across the organization.
  • Desire to move quickly and ship things.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science disciplines, or comparable STEM-related degree.
  • 7 years experience as an organizational and people leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a user-centric engineering team
  • Translate business and member needs into a technical vision and product development roadmap.
  • Contribute to product strategy and partner with other engineering teams, data science, product and others to create solutions to address evolving customer needs.
  • Set the technical vision and lead technical decisions for your team to create intuitive, beautiful products.
  • Bring clarity when faced with ambiguity; motivate and guide the team through complexity

Physical/Cognitive Requirements

  • Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.
  • Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs of force (e.g., lifting a computer \/ laptop) may be required.
  • Capability to work with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.

Pay:

The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:


Zone A: $174,320 - $246,230 + equity + benefits

Zone B: $200,468 - $283,160 + equity + benefits

Zone C: $ 217,900 - $307,790+ equity + benefits

Zone D: $ $226,616 - $320,100 + equity + benefits


This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.


Starting base salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and great compensation package based on their roles and locations.
