The person will be part of a global team responsible for supporting Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) activities across multiple sites. This role will lead LIMS upgrades at global locations, ensure system stability and address operational challenge. Candidate can reside in Colorado Springs, CO, Chaska, MN, Bedford and Billerica MA working in a 3 day a week onsite hybrid role.
In collaboration with business stakeholders, laboratory personnel, and IT teams, this position will focus on system enhancements, data integrity, workflow automation, and system integrations to meet operational requirements. Ongoing improvements will be made to optimize system performance and support evolving business needs.
In addition, this role involves troubleshooting issues, providing user training, and creating technical documents to ensure effective system adoption and utilization across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to work in a structured environment with global collaboration and cross-functional coordination, contributing to the ongoing optimization of laboratory informatics.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document URS and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and configure LIMS solutions to meet business and laboratory requirements.
- Integrate the LIMS with applications, laboratory instruments, and data sources to create a seamless and interconnected data ecosystem.
- Validate and test the LIMS to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Create clear and concise LIMS procedure and technical documentation
- Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure they are proficient in using the LIMS and understanding its features.
- Provide end-user technical support by solving issues, addressing queries, and offering guidance on LIMS functionality.
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure system stability, module updates, new functionality release those fits to business requirements.
- Strong organizing skills and be able to work on multiple tasks/projects in parallel.
- Foster system standardization and new technology development
Education and Experience
- BS or MS in science or engineering related field with equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of LIMS development and implementation experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in SampleManager LIMS required.
- Experience in Labware LIMS preferred.
- Experience in working with relational database (eg. SQL).
- Knowledge of laboratory workflow and quality control principles
- Strong communication skills and can work with cross-functional teams with. limited supervision.
- Detail-orientated and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to attend meeting during night hours when required..
- Ability to work onsite at an Entegris office a minimum of 3 days per week in a hybrid role.

- Salary is in the $105,000-$118,000/annually with actual pay dependent on individual skill for role.
