About the Role:


Join our dynamic team at JumpCloud as a Business Systems Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing our internal business platforms. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Global Customer Success, Finance, and IT to ensure our systems effectively support business processes and drive success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for various systems and integrations.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Respond to support tickets and user inquiries promptly, troubleshoot system and process issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends and insights, build reports and dashboards, and ensure data integrity. Utilize tools like SQL (preferred), SOQL, Salesforce Reporting, Tableau (optional), and Excel for advanced analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, recommend, and document opportunities for process improvements and system efficiencies
  • System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce features, including data models, permissions, layouts, workflows, and validation rules, to meet business needs.
  • Solution Design and Integration: Participate in solution design, provide feedback on technical dependencies, and manage integrations with other systems and third-party applications.
  • Testing and Documentation: Perform thorough testing of new system features and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with development teams, internal users, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Administrator with enterprise-level business systems.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, Jira, and integration platforms is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise business system capabilities.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, process automation, and workflow design.
  • SQL (preferred), SOQL, Salesforce Reporting, Tableau (optional), and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of agile project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role, depending on individual candidate level and experience, is $80,000-$95,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions.

Where you’ll be working/Location:

JumpCloud® is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description.


All roles posted in United States locations do require that you be located within one of the 50 U.S. States.  Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area but as a remote company, you are able to work remotely anywhere in the U.S.  If you would like to spend time in our offices in the Denver/Boulder area, you are welcome to do that as well.


Language:

JumpCloud® has teams in 15+ countries around the world and conducts our internal business in English. The interview and any additional screening process will take place primarily in English.
