The Senior Education Analyst works with management to deliver learning solutions that result in increased capacity for business performance. This role is responsible for executing on educational experiences, programs and coordinating the utilization of proper tools, resources, and vendors. In addition, this role is responsible for the coordination of learning governance and council activities.

What You’ll Do: 

Instructional Design: Supports the Design and executes the implementation of education programs. Connects with our customers in order to create innovative ideas and solutions that engages the audience and increase access to the educational solutions and platforms.

Tools and Technology: Coordinates the implementation and execution of the frameworks and tools throughout the education experiences (70-20-10). This includes developing corporate content review standards, authoring tool guidelines, content storage standardization, LMS administration (governance of training record retention, training matrix role management, and course content creation within the Learning Management System). Constantly improve educational products based on iterative delivery and feedback.

Governance: Participates and coordinates the activities related to Global Learning Council and liaise with different stakeholders as needed, reinforcing the Operational Model.

Education efficacy and KPIs: Responsible for the analytics of our educational (skills-based) dashboards and providing the metrics related to the performance of learning initiatives and tracking ROI. Establish the reporting support mechanism in alignment to key stakeholders.

Creativity and Innovation: Seeks for self-learning and market best practices in order to focus on continuous improvement and keep evolving Education Experiences and its impacts.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields. Masters preferred.

  • Certification in Instructional Design Methodology preferred

  • Adult Learning Principles – 3+years

  • LMS/LXP - 3+ years

  • Learning 70-20-10 methodology 3+
