ABOUT THE POSITION
Senior E-commerce Specialist at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: to manage and support our E-commerce team, ensuring seamless execution of online sales, content management, and project coordination. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, delegating tasks, and working closely with multiple departments to enhance website performance and customer experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Delegate tasks effectively to the E-commerce team members, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Communicate and coordinate with project managers and other teams to align on goals and deliverables.
- Set deadlines for projects and tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and prioritization.
- Assist team members with their tasks and provide guidance as needed.
- Address and resolve any issues related to website functionality, product content, or new projects.
- Create and manage new products, including descriptions, prices, images, and other customer-facing information.
- Oversee website management, ensuring optimal user experience, performance, and functionality.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel, as it will be an essential tool for managing daily tasks, organizing information, and streamlining workflows.
- A detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless coordination with cross-functional teams.
- A team player who can support, mentor, and guide junior team members while driving overall team performance.
- Ideally, proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Bol.com, etc.).
- Have a basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
SALARY: 3300- 4500 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
