What will you be doing in this role?
- Drafting and maintaining technical and non-technical documentation for products or projects.
- Preparing and updating training materials in alignment with project/product changes.
- Producing clear and comprehensive documentation (manuals, guidelines, instructions, etc.).
- Coordinating and moderating training sessions as part of change management efforts.
- Ensuring consistency and quality across documentation (references, formatting, captions).
- Supporting effective knowledge transfer through 'how-to' guides, videos, and presentations.
- Participating in peer reviews as an editor and proofreader.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of training programs.
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3 years of higher education in a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining structured documentation (technical and non-technical).
- Strong writing and editing skills, with exceptional attention to detail and clarity.
- Familiarity with documentation standards, versioning, and formatting practices.
- Hands-on experience designing, updating, and delivering training programs.
- Ability to translate complex information into user-friendly materials.
- Experience moderating training sessions, both live and online.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, or documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, MadCap Flare).
- Basic multimedia skills (e.g., screen recording, voiceover, presentation creation) are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
