The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will lead the development and execution of innovative recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent at all levels. This role ensures a consistent, world-class hiring experience, partners with business leaders to anticipate and meet workforce needs and evolves the organization’s employee value proposition to align with the future workforce. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights, foster strong collaboration with HR and business leaders, and lead the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team to achieve exceptional performance.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record of hiring at scale and leading global initiatives.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute global recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Demonstrated experience personally leading executive recruitment for most senior EVP level roles.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high performing teams in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recruitment strategies and business decisions.

  • Comprehensive understanding of talent market trends, workforce dynamics, and competitive intelligence.

  • Experience in evolving and promoting an organization’s employee value proposition to attract top talent.

  • Expertise in developing consistent hiring standards, processes and SLAs to enhance the candidate and stakeholder experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment technologies and the ability to drive their effective use to streamline and enhance hiring processes.

  • Deep knowledge of executive compensation to craft competitive offers and negotiate effectively to secure top candidates.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing strategies that promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute global recruitment strategies to attract top talent that aligns with organizational goals and future workforce needs.

  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor and grow the TA team, fostering high-performing, high-quality, collaborative, and innovative culture.

  • Executive Recruitment: Personally lead the recruitment of EVP roles within Corporate, Global Technology, Data and Analytics, US Markets, Product and Solutions and Operations. Conduct external market research and talent mapping to identify high-potential candidates and build a robust pipeline of executive-level talent for identified critical roles or opportunistic hires.

  • Succession Plan Alignment: Leverage in-depth understanding of the organization’s succession planning data to identify gaps, opportunities and align recruitment efforts with future leadership needs.

  • Internal Talent Insight: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the organization’s internal key talent to complement external recruiting efforts and ensure balanced succession strategies.

  • Ensure Consistent Hiring Standards: Establish and maintain a consistent hiring process, service level agreements and candidate experience across all regions.

  • Employee Value Proposition: Evolve the organization’s employee value proposition to resonate with the workforce of tomorrow and ensure competitive positioning in the talent market.

  • Leverage External Recruitment Partners: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to enhance sourcing capabilities and expand access to diverse talent pools.

  • Inclusive Recruitment Strategies: Embed inclusive recruitment strategies into all processes to attract and hire talent that reflects a commitment to inclusion and equity.

  • This role will actively engage and face off with Executive Leaders in both HR and the business to drive impactful outcomes.

  • Partner with external search agencies to manage and execute confidential executive searches, ensuring discretion and alignment with organizational goals.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $166,800.00 - $250,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
