As Senior Director, Product Management Operations, you will lead the product operations strategy and framework that powers how product teams work across Gap Inc. You’ll connect long-term digital strategy to day-to-day operations, implement tools and processes that accelerate delivery, and drive continuous improvement across teams building customer- and associate-facing technologies.
This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who is highly analytical, AI- and digitally-savvy, and a strong communicator and storyteller—able to influence at the executive level and inspire cross-functional teams through compelling narratives in written, video, and oral formats.What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership & Planning

Partner with Customer, Supply Chain/Product, and Enterprise Domain leaders to translate digital strategy into operational plans, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.

Drive journey mapping, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, and insight-to-roadmap processes that connect experience optimization with product strategy.

Develop clear, data-driven executive narratives that articulate digital priorities, investment rationale, and enterprise impact.

Establish robust reporting frameworks to increase transparency into product health, development velocity, and customer value delivery.

Lead AI enablement initiatives that power intelligent decision-making and performance optimization across the product portfolio.
Operational Excellence & Enablement

Design and evolve scalable operating models, agile processes, and delivery best practices to drive speed and quality.

Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify opportunities and build alignment.

Apply value stream mapping, funnel analysis, and shift-left engineering principles.

Promote platform thinking and system interoperability.
