Senior Procurement Director, Juice, LATAM & NA OU (Location: USA)

Reports to Vice-President, Juice Procurement

In scope is the Global Procurement lead for Orange Pulp, the Regional Juice procurement Lead for LATAM (with 2 direct reports), and the Regional Citrus Juice Procurement Lead for NA.

What You’ll Do for Us

Lead Procurement of all Citrus juices in NA

1.     Accountable for supply assurance, cost management, sustainability

2.     Category Management for lemon, lime, orange, tangerine

3.     Networked with all key NA stakeholders

4.     Networked with all key Citrus suppliers

5.     Networked with Citrus Industry leaders

Lead LATAM Juice Procurement

1.     Accountable for supply assurance, cost management, sustainability

2.     Lead two LATAM-based Juice Procurement Directors

3.     Category Management for both citrus and non-citrus juices

4.     Networked with all key LATAM stakeholders

5.     Networked with all key LATAM suppliers (for both LATAM and NA destinations)

Lead Sourcing for Orange Pulp globally

1.     Accountable for supply assurance, cost management, sustainability

2.     Global category management

3.     Networked with all key suppliers, including but not limited to Cutrale (Brazil and Florida)

4.     Networked with key OU stakeholders, especially GCM and INSWA OUs

5.     Networked with all G2G team members

Qualification & Requirements

·       Able to recommend best solutions that gain all parties support and lead to win-win results

·       Bachelor’s degree or > 15 years of work experience

·       Experience and expertise in juice procurement, with exposure to KO stakeholders in LATAM and NA

·       Experience of managing global categories with multiple OUs as beneficiaries (e.g. GCM or INSWA OUs)

·       Ideally, recognized by Industry leaders as a highly credible subject matter expert on Citrus

·       Relationship management (suppliers, contractors, bottlers)

·       Knowledge of third-party juice suppliers’ landscape in both LATAM and NA (culture/core competencies)

Pay Range:

$162,000 - $188,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
