We’re looking for an experienced (Senior) Digital Marketing Manager - CRM (m/f/d) to join our Marketing team and develop its customer relationship strategies. In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on ensuring a smooth life cycle journey of the customers of our portfolio companies and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

Our Marketing team includes a group of curious, data-driven experts who help our portfolio companies grow their customer base. The team covers all areas of programmatic paid media, customer experience tactics, demand generation, marketing automation & MarTech, and Marketing Ops.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop and execute customer communication and retention strategies for our portfolio companies and clients, optimising engagement and lifetime value
    Evaluate online marketing tools’ providers and recommend the best suitable options, including implementation planning, integration, and data handling for optimal marketing automation
    Leverage A/B testing and experimentation to refine messaging, audience targeting, and ad creatives for better campaign performance
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, product, and analytics) to align marketing efforts with business objectives
    Prepare regular reviews and presentations of your findings to key stakeholders, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations

Your Profile:

  • Several years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, and customer lifecycle management, with a strong understanding of retention and engagement strategies
  • Hands-on experience in customer segmentation, personalization strategies, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, or similar)
  • Motivated by constant innovation, systematic testing and optimisation along the entire customer lifecycle
  • Experience in setting up and implementing new tools and infrastructures
  • Ability to adapt a fast-paced approach to a wide range of corporate, SMB and startup environments
  • Eager to challenge the status quo and driven to set new standards
  • Open for frequent travel (within Europe and the UK)
  • Experience designing and implementing marketing campaigns across paid or other growth marketing channels is considered highly advantageous
  • Business fluent German and English language skills 

Please note that we’re looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
