We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who is passionate about building and maintaining the infrastructure for highly scalable systems. You will work closely with the engineering teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our platform. You'll be part of a motivated and skilled team, contributing to automation, cloud management, and architecture optimization.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance automated systems for deployment and infrastructure management.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop automated deployment processes.
- Manage and optimize highly available cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor and support a 24/7 production environment.
- Assist R&D teams with infrastructure needs and implement development requirements.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of our cloud architecture.
- Research and adopt new technologies and best practices to improve system performance and scalability.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps.
- Strong background in Linux, networking protocols like TCP/IP and HTTP.
- Experience with public cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure.
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with "Infrastructure as Code" tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
- Experience managing relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as Bash, Python, or Golang.
- Experience with noSQL databases (e.g., Elasticsearch, Redis).
- Understanding of CI/CD tools and workflows (e.g., Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Knowledge of microservices and RESTful architecture.
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
