The Role:


In this high-impact role, you will join a dynamic demand generation team working closely with the broader Marketing and Sales teams to develop highly targeted programs that drive target account engagement, pipeline, and revenue. Reporting to the VP of Corporate Marketing, you will lead our global campaign strategy across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, webinars, events, direct mail, etc. This individual contributor role suits a self-starter who excels in a global, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and execute multiple integrated campaigns simultaneously, driving pipeline growth and expanding market adoption of SnapLogic’s solutions.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, events, social media, ABM) that resonate with key audiences and guide prospects through the buyer journey.
  • Partner with content marketing to map assets to each stage of the buyer journey, crafting personalized messages to optimize engagement and conversion across all channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and funnel metrics to deliver actionable insights, refine strategies, and meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including sales, product marketing, field, and brand to align campaign strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation, and iterative improvements to enhance efficiency and ROI.
  • Oversee the end-to-end campaign process, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting, ensuring all deliverables meet objectives and timelines.
  • Define and refine buyer journey frameworks, ensuring seamless progression from awareness to conversion through strategic messaging and tactics.
  • Stay agile and responsive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve results.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of demand generation experience in a B2B technology environment; experience in AI or SaaS is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously with measurable success across email, digital, events, social media, and ABM.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools, including Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, and Outreach.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track funnel performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of juggling complex campaigns across multiple teams and channels.
  • Strong writing skills, capable of delivering compelling, conversion-focused messaging aligned with SnapLogic’s brand voice.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and support revenue-driving initiatives.
  • A team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing competing priorities.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline preferred but not required.
