About the Role:
StarTree is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive pipeline growth through integrated marketing programs. This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer who excels at campaign execution, ABM strategies, and marketing automation using HubSpot. You’ll work closely with the broader marketing and sales teams to build and optimize programs that attract, engage, and convert enterprise buyers.
This is a high-impact role where you'll own multi-channel campaign execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable pipeline growth.
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation programs across email, paid media, content syndication, webinars, and events.
- Develop and execute a strategic webinar program that includes planning, production, promotion, and post-webinar engagement to drive pipeline impact.
- Manage marketing automation and CRM workflows (HubSpot) to ensure efficient lead management, scoring, and handoff to sales.
- Craft highly personalized ABM programs, identifying key accounts and implementing comprehensive lead-nurture programs.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for pipeline impact, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Partner with sales to ensure alignment on marketing programs, enabling smooth lead handoff and follow-up.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of B2B demand generation experience, with a strong focus on campaign execution and pipeline impact.
- Hands-on expertise in HubSpot (or similar MAP/CRM tools).
- Proven experience with ABM strategies, campaign orchestration, and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize performance.
- Collaborative and proactive approach, with experience working closely with sales teams.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in developer-focused or open-source-driven marketing environments.
- Familiarity with database technologies, real-time analytics, or event-driven architectures.
The base salary range for this US full-time position is $110,000 - $120,000, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. Additionally, new hires receive competitive and compelling equity grants, and access to a comprehensive benefits offering. The base salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for candidates. The Salary and Equity compensation offered may vary depending on factors including: location, skills, experience, and the assessment process.
