Your role at Dynatrace
- Ensuring smooth and effective teamwork, focusing on mentoring, coaching, and leadership
- Acting as a data scientist, ensuring and improving the capabilites of Davis CoPilot™
- Prompt engineering for large language models (LLMs) which are running in Davis CoPilot™
- Deploy LLM-powered applications to production (CI/CD)
- Managing and optimizing cloud deployments to ensure high availability and scalable performance
- Collaboration with Directors, Product Owners, Lead Product Engineers as well as Agile Coaches so you as a team reach your goals
- Creating an inspiring, cooperative environment with open communication and fostering teamwork
- Discovering training needs, motivating, and supporting team members to grow
What will help you succeed
- Technical education in Data Science, Computer Science with a focus on AI or similar
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (i.e., OpenAI, LLama, or similar)
- Development experience with Java and/or Python
- Experience in building and leading a successful data science or software team
- A solid understanding of the Agile Software development lifecycle
- Empathetic and sympathetic person with a passion for mentoring, coaching, and knowledge-sharing
- Communicative personality with customer-centric end-to-end thinking
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills

Compensation Data
- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
