Job Description
As a senior member of CyberArk’s Product Management team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the business forward. You'll be responsible for the vision, strategy, planning, and execution across the entire product lifecycle.
Our Core Data and AI Product team is looking for a Senior Data Product Manager to lead and coordinate the development of our data platform and products. This includes overseeing the central data lake, data products and data catalogue as well as automation systems.
What will you do:
As Senior Product Manager at CyberArk, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of data-driven solutions across the organization. You will define the vision and strategy for our data platform, leading the creation of innovative products that harness data to deliver actionable insights, optimize workflows, and improve decision-making. From managing data lakes and advanced tools to integrating machine learning, you’ll ensure our data products meet the dynamic needs of both internal teams and external customers, enabling them to make smarter, more informed decisions.
- Data Expertise & Ownership: Become the go-to expert on all data aspects, with a deep understanding of data flows, ETL processes, data producers and consumers, data quality, architecture, analytics, machine learning, and cloud services.
- Identify & Drive Data Opportunities: Translate business needs into clear data platform strategies, requirements, and roadmaps that align with business goals and technological capabilities.
- Lead the Data Product Lifecycle: Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into PRDs, features, and user stories.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, additional Product Managers, Data Scientists, Security Researchers, Legal, PMO, and other teams to align on product vision, design, and execution.
- Internal Customer Engagement: Ensure product success by actively communicating roadmap updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring satisfaction with internal teams and enterprise customers.

Qualifications
What you need to succeed:
- 5+ years in product management
- 3+ years in Data-driven product or services, working with complex data & analytics solutions over Data Lake/Data Warehouse based on cloud service. A must.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with large organizations
- Strong technical background, with the ability to understand complex systems
- Strong understanding of how product’s use cases affect data modeling, infrastructure, and analytics and the ability to prioritize product features based on business objectives and ROI.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (mainly in English)
- Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fast learner, adaptable to dynamic environments
How you will stand out from the crowd:
- Experience in information security – an advantage
- BSc in computer-science/engineering, or 3-5 years hands-on experience in software development – an advantage
