Senior Data Engineer, CLM Hub

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer, CLM Hub to drive data-driven decision-making within the CLM Hub (Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar) by leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's data engineering framework.

What are we expecting from this role?

• Collaborate with stakeholders (Agile, Product, Data Science, Architecture, Infrastructure) to align data engineering initiatives with business objectives.
• Design and implement data replication pipelines from various sources (DB2, MongoDB, Kafka) into the Enterprise Data Warehouse or Data Lake.
• Support the implementation of real-time Change Data Capture (CDC) pipelines for real-time data needs.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and data models to address diverse business requirements across multiple markets.
• Implement data monitoring and validation processes (duplicate checks, record tally checks, data integrity checks).
• Maintain and optimize the enterprise data warehouse for performance and reliability.
• Contribute to data documentation (data dictionaries, definitions) and ensure adherence to data management frameworks and compliance with group data policies.
• Provide data-related consultation to stakeholders, ensure data solutions meet project requirements, and mentor junior data engineers.
• Performing other tasks assigned by Management.

Who are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information System (MIS), or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Data Engineer, Data Warehouse Specialist, or related experience.
• Experience with relational databases like SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, or Azure SQL PaaS, and familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, or CouchDB.
• Experience with data pipeline technologies like SSIS, or Azure Data Factory, and knowledge of Change Data Capture (CDC) implementation.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, including Azure SQL PaaS, Service Bus, AKS, or VMs.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio for data engineering tasks.
• Familiarity with corporate processes and regional policies/frameworks.
• Exposure to data replication, ETL processes, and data integration.
