What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Junior Data Engineer to support daily data engineer tasks and various data request from business users. This role will be working closely with Data Engineer to deliver key company project and/or new initiation.
What are we expecting from this role?

Execute the implementation, maintain, and support Power BI dashboard, reporting models, reporting scripts.

Maintain and support data models, data pipeline, data replication, ETL and Power BI dashboard such as data cleansing, data extraction and data patching

Execute the implementation of data replication such as ETL, batch processing using SQL Server Agent, SSIS and ADF

Work closely within cross function team to implement, integrate, and migrate data wherever local scope is required

Collaborate with the business and across multiple functions (Agile delivery, Product, Application team, Data Science, Architecture, Infrastructure, etc.) to ensure teams are aligned and moving in the right direction to deliver.

Produce technical documentation and guidelines. e.g., technical specification documentation, application/system design/architecture diagram…

Ensure all development and implementation complies with organizational policies and compliance, and international best practices and standards.
Who are we looking for?

Minimun 2 years of working experience in Data Engineering or related field

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, software engineering, information systems, mathematics, statistics or any relevant field

Experienced in working with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, SQL Server Management Studio, S
-
Experience in working with corporate process and regional policies and framework.

Experience with Data replication with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or ADF. ETL with SQL script running on SQL Agent or SSIS Job.

Programming knowledge in languages relevant to the field, such as R, SQL, Python, and C++.
