About this role

Deel has grown from a contractor management product to a full-fledged HR platform in just five years, serving tens of thousands of global customers. As Deel continues its rapid global expansion, we are strengthening our localized go-to-market strategies by enhancing our marketing capabilities.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with regional marketing leaders to develop data-driven insights and support localized campaigns. Your work will directly influence Deel’s regional marketing strategies, empowering smarter decision-making and optimizing campaign performance across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Regional Marketing as a thought leader for strategy and execution.

• Collaborate with GTM Data team members, including Marketing Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Digital Analytics Managers, as well as Sales Operations and Marketing Operations teams.

• Own and optimize data connections across our marketing stack to ensure stakeholders can access key data where and when they need it.

• Build clean, scalable customer marketing data models in Snowflake, leveraging dbt.

• Develop intuitive and actionable dashboards in Looker, empowering stakeholders to make data-informed decisions.

• Design and own regional marketing metrics, establishing organizational goals and driving strategies for increasing market penetration.

• Build and own measurement frameworks to support regional marketing initiatives, including localized campaigns and market-specific strategies.

• Develop data-driven insights to evaluate the performance of regional campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

• Highly proficient in SQL and experience with self-service BI tools like Looker.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a proven track record of supporting regional marketing initiatives and improving campaign performance.

• Deep understanding of marketing analytics, particularly for regional campaigns, multi-channel marketing efforts, and event-based initiatives.

We especially would like to speak with you if you have:

• Experience with tools like Snowflake, Salesforce, HubSpot, and dbt.

• Familiarity with Python and other data science tools.

• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Fivetran, Funnel).

• Prior experience working in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
