JOB SUMMARY

This role focuses on turning data into actionable insights that drive business growth and optimize customer experiences. It involves collaborating cross-functionally to inform strategic decisions, enhance forecasting accuracy, and ensure stakeholders are aligned through clear, impactful communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product performance, operational data, and customer behavior to optimize retention and improve conversion rates across the end-to-end journey.
• Provide actionable insights that support strategic decisions of the leadership teams.
• Effectively communicate findings to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organization.
• Track and maintain critical metrics and dashboards leveraging company BI systems.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to collect and process data points from operations and products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and refine predictive models for precise forecasting

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a SaaS company.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with BI systems and maintaining dashboards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with growth metrics and customer journey analysis.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their applications in forecasting.
• Familiarity with customer health and product-qualified lead models.
