Introduction: As a Senior Data & AI Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing advanced data analysis and AI models. Your expertise will help create innovative products using Generative AI, providing actionable insights and visualizations for executive stakeholders. Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Visualization

• Perform in-depth analysis of complex data sets to extract patterns, trends, and valuable insights.
• Create clear and compelling visualizations to communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences.
• Develop executive reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.

Model Development and Optimization

• Apply machine learning techniques, such as clustering, classification, regression, and reinforcement learning, to build, train, and evaluate predictive and descriptive models.
• Leverage Python for data manipulation, machine learning algorithm implementation, and process automation.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve the efficiency of data management and analysis.

Collaboration and Strategy

• Work cross-functionally with engineering teams, businesses, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide analytical solutions.
• Define and develop product strategies that align customer needs with technological capabilities and business objectives.

Qualifications:

• English level: C1.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, AI, process automation, and machine learning.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning.
• Strong statistical foundations with high analytical and numerical capabilities.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools.
• Experience with structured and unstructured database management languages.
• Knowledge of applying machine learning models like clustering, classification, regression, and reinforcement learning.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Proven ability to develop innovative products using Generative AI.

Desirable

• Knowledge and/or experience in BPM (Business Process Management).

Compensation and Employment Details:

• Monthly compensation: Up to 8,000,000 COP, depending on experience.
